Pack and Ship: Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
- Product Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at pullandcarecustomers@gmail.com to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: For domestic returns (Germany), we provide a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- International Returns: For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
Refund Exceptions
- Late Returns: Items returned after the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.
